eBook Submission Procedure
Welcome to CyclopsMedia.com. Your Literary Agent has
sponsored your work for sale through our eBookStores,
and we'd like to tell you how you can earn money from
these manuscripts through eSales to consumers before
consummating a contract to publish the books in print
form.
First, sign and return to us the
Sales Permission Agreement that is attached to this
email, indicating
which of the sponsored manuscripts you wish to let us
sell on your behalf, and agreeing to the terms and
conditions of the sales. Also reply to this email
stating your acceptance by keying "ACCEPT" in the
subject line.
You must also submit the manuscripts electronically to
us at the
litagents@cyclopsmedia.com, as email attachments in
one of the following formats:
Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) format;
Word for Windows (*.doc) format (Word '95 or above);
HTML format; or
Microsoft Pocket PC eReader (*.lit) format.
Once we receive the manuscripts, we'll process them
into our catalog. This process takes about two days.
Should something go wrong in the process, we will
contact you by telephone to follow-up. Once completed,
customers will be able to buy the eBook from our
website using their credit card.
Within 30 days following the close of any month, your
Literary Agent will receive a check for your proceeds
from eBooks sales. It's up to your Literary Agent to
deliver funds to you. Of course, your Literary Agent
will also receive a royalty statement breaking down the
total of the check by title.
When you and a print publisher have agreed to publish
any of the eBook's that we sell on your behalf, all
your Literary Agent needs to do is send an email
message to us requesting that we stop selling the
specific eBook. We'll comply within 48 hours.
